Our founder, Lauren Rivers is a seasoned Real Estate Consultant and Broker with over two decades of experience working with homeowners and businesses across corporate and individual sectors. With a strong foundation in business administration, professional sales, and training in John Maxwell and Dale Carnegie principles, she is also a proud alumnus of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program (10KSB). Lauren brings a strategic path, full heart, and customer-first mindset to every transaction.
With a background including leadership roles in Operations Management, and as an Account Executive at United Parcel Service UPS, she earned recognitions across both the Metro Detroit and Illinois District as a talented professional. She has a proven track record in new business development, contract negotiation, and revenue recovery, with a focus on creative, results-driven solutions. Since becoming licensed in 2000, Lauren has successfully handled commercial leasing, sales, and acquisitions for small businesses and corporate clients, while also supporting select residential projects throughout Metro Detroit, Western Wayne, and Oakland Counties.
Lauren is known for her approachable style, professional integrity, and deep commitment to community, having served on multiple local boards and having long supported her family’s 50-year legacy in real estate.
